Amy McConnell is Head of Legal Operations for Vodafone Business. Amy manages a multi-disciplinary team of 30 (lawyers, project managers, knowledge and process experts, data analysts and IT professionals). Amy’s responsibility is to optimise the delivery of legal services across Vodafone Business including the development and delivery of the legal digital strategy, transformation, knowledge strategy, process improvements, resource management and ensuring the legal team are aligned to deliver the companies goals.

Amy has worked in Vodafone for 14 years, in a variety of different positions and most recently was seconded to the role of Chief of Staff for Vodafone Business’s CEO. The Vodafone Business Legal Operations team was shortlisted for The Lawyer’s Legal Operations Team of the Year in 2020. Amy is a member of the LawtechUK Sounding Board and was selected as one top of the Timewise 50 Power Part Timers in 2015.



Natalie is the Head of Legal for RVU which is a group of online companies that work to empower consumers by helping them compare home services and financial products. Their leading brands, Uswitch, Money, Save on Energy and Bankrate exist to empower the consumer to make more confident home services and financial decisions.

Prior to her role at RVU, Natalie carried out similar roles for Fleetcor, a global provider of specialised payment products and services to commercial fleets, major oil companies and petroleum marketers; the US’s largest car rental company, Enterprise Rent-A-Car; for US-listed cloud software provider, NetSuite (now part of Oracle), and was Group Head of Legal and Company Secretary of Venda, a UK-based eCommerce SaaS provider. In these roles she has been responsible for all company legal matters including adopting an advisory role in relation to the group’s shareholders, board of directors and executive management. Her three year tenure at Venda subsequently culminated in her leading the successful sale of the business to NetSuite. Natalie became Head of Legal at Venda at the age of 27. Before then, she worked in Travelex’s legal team based in London, having trained at international city law firm, Taylor Wessing.



Joachim Kämpf is General Counsel at ECE Projektmanagement G.m.b.H. & Co.KG, Hamburg. ECE develops, plans, realizes, leases and manages large commercial properties and is the European market leader in the shopping center sector. For decades, ECE has also been successfully realizing large corporate headquarters, office buildings, industrial buildings, logistics centers, transport properties, hotels and other highly complex types of buildings.

With his team of 30 legal counsels, Joachim Kämpf accompanies the entire new business (project developments and transactions) of ECE, including restructurings and extensions of shopping centers, management takeovers, market entries, strategic joint ventures, as well as the entire legal support for the shopping centers under management.

Joachim Kämpf is a lawyer specialized in construction and architects law and a Real Estate Investment Advisor (EBS).



Lindsay has eight years’ experience working with corporate legal departments, first gained by facilitating networking events for General Counsel. At BusyLamp, Lindsay is responsible for global marketing efforts, creating resources and events that inspire and assist in-house legal professionals to achieve their legal operations goals with BusyLamp as a vendor partner.

Throughout the past year, Lindsay has organised and chaired several online discussions with corporate legal leaders on how they are managing the challenges and opportunities presented by the pandemic.
