Legal Under Lockdown – with Natalie Salunke, Havn
Legal Under Lockdown is a series of live Q&A with in-house legal leaders.
Despite the challenges we face in the current environment, legal operations and management needs to continue running smoothly. In each 15-20 minute live session, a different in-house legal professional will be interviewed via video conference, from their home office, about how they are addressing these issues and delivering value.
Download and watch the recording of the session with Natalie General Counsel, Havn, by completing the form. Natalie joined Havn from Fleetcor during the crisis, so is uniquely placed to share experiences on how two different businesses are handling the situation. Now that the initial scramble to organise remote-working has calmed, Natalie discusses how legal teams can take action to continue success. She will explain why implementing changes long-term could be business-critical, what established legal departments can learn from start-up culture, and the importance of looking after your employees’ evolving work-life balance and well-being needs.
